The Tamarack Club, Holiday Valley’s Fractional Ownership Condominium Development

The Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley is a slope-side condominium project with four star amenities. This fractional ownership project is the largest single expansion in Holiday Valley’s 50-year history. In December 2007, Holiday Valley launched the sales campaign and the groundbreaking ceremony took place in April 2008. Construction is on schedule and the new building will be ready for guests in December this year.

The Tamarack Club condominium units range from 465 sq ft studios to 1,800 sq ft Executive Suites. The majority of the 79 units are one and two bedroom lockout configurations that can be separated into two units. The lockout feature allows the owner private use of their unit, while being able to rent out a separate efficiency unit. The interiors are completely furnished and the full kitchens are fitted with high-end finishes. Each unit has a gas fireplace and most have a balcony. These vacation properties are offered as either traditional whole ownership or as one-fifth share fractional interests, for purchasers who may visit with less frequency. Prices on fractionals start in the mid $60s and are truly cost effective, even for those families that would only rent seven to 10 nights a year in the Ellicottville region.
